Rice release technique

Recognizes that stagnation and congestion in the muscle is the cause of most pain in the body. In a muscle firing pattern if there is a blockage the body will find an alternate route. When the body has made such a detour to accomplish the task at hand negative holding patterns will be built sometimes followed by pain. Use of the rice system will open the muscle pathway and allow the body to access the firing pattern it was designed to use and through the appropriate pathway.

The rice system is felt within the cell, nerves, connective tissue and muscle fibers. because the bodies system can dialogue on so many levels getting stagnation out of the body is important. Once the muscle system has been cleared the neurological system will allow the body to re-pattern for better alignment, gate, and improved biomechanics.
