Fascial health

Fascial health = injury prevention

The fascial network is now considered the most significant organ we have for proprioception. With more than six times as many interoceptive nerve endings for every one proprioceptive nerve ending the fascial system is highly responsive to touch. Most sports and exercise injuries are due to a weakening of the soft tissue so it makes sense to train the fascia system. this means less pain long term in the body, better elasticity and resiliency bringing improved health, grace, and vitality.

What are you waiting for?
  • A great compliment to your existing exercise regiment
  • Increases strength and elasticity
  • Improves the elastic recoil system
  • A remodeling of collagenous tissue helps to target peak performance with injury prevention
  • Stimulates nerve roots and organs
  • Increases metabolism
  • Relaxes the nervous system
  • Expands the lungs and deepens breathing
What is facial remodeling?

Most sports injuries and mobility loss due to aging do not occur in the muscle fibers or bone structure. The vulnerability is in our soft tissue system. The soft tissue system is the connective tissue, ligaments, tendons, joint capsules etc. Most of the time, injury occurs because we load  ourselves beyond the prepared capacity of our soft tissue system. A focused training curriculum can teach facial remodeling and improve the overall strength of elasticity to prevent further injuries.
